Brighton born Luke Nyeke aka El. Train is known for his ability to blend together Hip-Hop, R&B and Electronic beats with a heavy nod to the US West Coast beats scene. Whether remixing, producing for other artists or his own releases, you can be sure he will always add his own signature sound.

In the last few years he has released music on Laruche Records, Darker Than Wax, Jakarta Records & his collaborative EP ‘Over & Over’ with singer Miki Rose on his own label Shimmy Records. He’s also remixed the likes of Ivy Lab, Friction and Sinead Harnett.

His work with singer Rubee Rayne has received much critical acclaim, picked up by BBC Radio 1Xtra as their 'Introducing Track Of The Week’ and released by Mercedes Benz as part of their 'mixed tape’ series. He’s also received support from; Radio 1xtra, Complexion (Radio Westside), Rinse FM, NTS, Reprezent Radio and Soulection Radio.

In 2015 he was selected by Four Tet and other judges as the Cape Town Electronic Music Festival Bassxchange representative, this gave him the opportunity to travel to South Africa to DJ in Cape Town & Johannesburg.

He’s supported the likes of Snakehips, Bondax, MSSINGNO and Mr Carmack at shows across Europe. As a DJ he’s known for his eclectic sets Festival slots including Glastonbury & Wildlife have made fans & industry alike take notice.

El. Train has released a handful of singles through 2018 featuring the who’s who of upcoming UK artists - he’s currently working on a album of original material due for release in May 2019.
